About Me

ABOUT ME:

Name: Seth David Miller
DOB: October 15, 1976 (Libra)
Height: 6′ 3″
Weight: Nosy Bastard
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
(If you laughed at the above, you really need to get a life)

I was born at a very young age in Elkhart, Indiana and I spent the first ten years of my life in Edwardsburg,
Michigan. My family moved to Marietta, Georgia in January of 1987. I attended Lassiter High School and graduated in 1994. During my senior year I was fortunate enough to be Drum Major of the Lassiter High School Marching Band.

I attended the University of Georgia, in Athens, Georgia and received my ABJ in Advertising in December of 1998. While at UGA I was a member of the Redcoat Marching Band and Basketball Band. In the summer of 1996 I was an Orientation Leader. I also worked as webmaster of The Red and Black, an independent student newspaper serving the University of Georgia community.

I met my wife, Jennifer, while at UGA. It was her first day of school. We were in a dining hall. I, the experienced sophomore, she, the hot freshman. Our first date was at a Carrot Top concert as a part of homecoming. We were married August 14, 1999. We now live in Smyrna, GA a beautiful daughter, Raelyn, who was born on April 26, 2003 @ 4:08 PM - she’s 5 years, 4 months, 10 days, 9 hours, 50 minutes, 32 seconds old today. Approximately. ;-) And now a son, Owen Kenneth, born July 3, 2007 so he’s roughly 1 year, 2 months, 3 days, 9 hours, 50 minutes, 32 seconds

I don’t blog often enough about any of them, but I love them dearly. From time to time, here or on the moblog, you’ll get a glimpse of them.

I’m currently employed as Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for TBS.com, TCM.com & TNT.tv. I also write for The Daily Flog, Metroblogging Atlanta and Blogging Harry Potter.

Enjoyed your post; my daughter was born October 14, 1976. (Damn Libras). When “The Muppet Show” came on, she would point at them and say, “Muppts.” Great memories. My sympathies to Jennifer, though - anyone whose first date with her was a Carrot Top concert - let’s just say it’s a miracle she is with you. You must be exceptional (Carrot Top?!?!? And I thought I came up with some bad date ideas in the early ’70s. . .)

I too am waiting for some tangible replicas of that darling Abbycadabby ( dolls preffered). This would give my little fairy Abigail, something to look up to! Your new character brings joy to many. Thanks for sharing your talent!
